I hereby give Kent Fields authorization to release my contact information to Eastlink in reference to the supply of telecommunication services & advising of any promotions/discounts/incentives that they have to offer to the residents of Kent Fields properties.

I understand that Kent Fields requires a 12 month lease for all units. Kent Fields does not allow subleasing during this 12-month term.
